Working principle:
After mixing with air in the powder feeder, the powder is sent to the powder spraying gun, and the high voltage generated by the high-voltage electrostatic generator is connected to the inside or front end of the powder spraying gun. The powder is charged at the inside or outlet of the powder spraying gun. Under the combined action of pneumatic force and electrostatic force, the powder particles are directionally sprayed on the workpiece to be coated. It can also be adsorbed on the back of the workpiece. When the powder attached to the workpiece does not exceed a certain thickness, electrostatic repulsion will occur, and the subsequent powder will not be easily adsorbed to the workpiece surface, so that the workpiece surface can reach a uniform film thickness.
Excess powder is adsorbed on the filter element surface under the action of wind force, and compressed air pulses the filter element intermittently under the action of pulse controller and solenoid valve, so that the powder adsorbed on the filter element surface does not fall into the powder feeder at the bottom of the recovery device, and a set of terminal dedusting device is added to recycle superfine powder (no indoor emission of dust), so as to achieve indoor air exchange and recycling.
